New Vehicle Limited Warranty at NJ BMW Dealership

The moment you drive off in your new NJ BMW 5 Series, you will be protected under the BMW Factory Seal. Circle BMW, your NJ BMW dealer, honors every specification in the BMW Factory Warranty.

Our NJ BMW Service Department has the equipment and factory trained technicians to care for your BMW 5 Series. We will explain every detail in your warranty, so you understand the details of your new NJ BMW warranty .

Every new BMW is covered by a limited warranty for defects in materials or workmanship for the first four years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first.

The warranty period begins either on the date of first retail sale, or the date the vehicle is first placed in service as a demonstrator, service loaner or company vehicle, whichever is earlier. And from that moment on, your BMW is protected during the coverage period, regardless of whether you’re the first owner or a subsequent owner.

Rust protection for 2006 and newer models.
For 2006 and newer models, we also provide a 12-year limited warranty rust perforation warranty without mileage limitation. This warranty is for defects in materials or workmanship that results in rust perforation of the vehicle body. This coverage period begins at the start of the New Vehicle/SAV Limited Warranty.

Original Owner Protection Program option
If you’re the original owner of a BMW, you may be eligible to purchase additional mechanical breakdown protection coverage for an additional 2 years/50,000 miles. Available for purchase any time during the New Vehicle/SAV Limited Warranty, the BMW Original Owner Protection Program offers extensive BMW backed coverage which, when combined with our New Vehicle/SAV Limited Warranty, covers your vehicle for a total of 6 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first.

If your BMW requires repairs, simply schedule an appointment with an authorized BMW center, where a specially trained BMW certified technician will make the required repairs using only original BMW parts. This will help ensure that your vehicle is repaired to meet our specifications and you can be confident that your BMW will be just as thrilling to drive after the repair as it was before.

For on-the-road assistance, as well as help planning the trip.

Have a flat tire? Run out of gas? Need a tow? With BMW Roadside Assistance, you can be assured that whatever happens while you’re on the road, you can always turn to us.

BMW Roadside Assistance offers outstanding travel protection 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, at no additional cost and without any mileage restrictions. You’re covered in all 50 states, Canada and Puerto Rico, and you’re even covered if someone else is driving your BMW.

In addition to emergency roadside service, we can provide routing information for the perfect drive on your next road trip. And we can even help arrange alternate transportation and hotel accommodations if your trip is unexpectedly interrupted.

BMW Roadside Assistance is available to you for the first four years from the original in-service date, with no mileage restrictions and at no cost to you. Full details are available in your Service and Warranty Booklet, which you would have received from BMW of North America, LLC after taking delivery.

If you are the owner of a Certified Pre-Owned BMW, you’re covered for six years from the original in-service date, with no mileage restrictions. You can find full details in your Consumer Information Statement, which was provided by your BMW center at the time of delivery.
